Please note:  A photo album is not included as part of my wedding packages.  You will own your wedding’s digital files!  You can make an album yourself for significantly less cost than by purchasing it from a studio.  There are some wonderful albums available on the Internet and I'd be glad to show you some of the options available.  Please take this into account when comparing prices with other studios!

I shoot in the RAW file format.  RAW is a file format that allows for more information to be recorded than in the more commonly used JPEG format.  It also requires additional computer time after the event, but I feel the results are worth the effort.  Corrections for technical imperfections like dust and improper exposure are included in my basic pricing, however repairing closed eyes or removing unwanted objects, blemishes, or guests is extra.

I do offer printing services for those clients who do not have the time or the desire to have additional prints or enlargements made.  The print prices vary by size and quantity.

The majority of my work is within Albemarle County.  There is a $50 travel fee added to all events outside Albemarle County.

Wedding  Package #1

The total fee for this four hour package is $3000 plus tax

 The majority of my clients find four hours is all the time needed to fully capture the images of their special day, from pre-ceremony to bouquet toss.  We will work together in this comprehensive package to ensure that you receive some very unique images.  My time usually begins thirty minutes prior to the ceremony and is continuous for four hours.  Yes, I'm on the clock driving from the ceremony site to the reception site.  Sorry!

What you receive:

• A sixty to ninety minute interview to cover your photography needs.

• Four (4) hours of photography, to cover pre-ceremony, ceremony, and reception. 

• Two shooting locations. 

• One complete set of approximately 200-300 edited 4X6 prints in archival pages. 

• One set of Jpeg image files on CD or DVD with 4X6 index prints.
• One Copyright Release to allow you to make prints from your files.
• Additional time is available for $250 per hour.

Wedding Package #2

The total fee for this two hour package is $2,700 plus tax.

Package #2 is designed for a smaller event with a limited guest list.  My time usually begins thirty minutes prior to the ceremony and continues for two hours.  This allows for pre-ceremony,  ceremony, and posed shots afterward, with possibly some time left for candid photography at the reception.  I limit this package to a single shooting location.  This package is most commonly used for those having their event at an inn or a bed & breakfast, or even at a private residence.

What you receive:

• A sixty to ninety minute interview to cover your photography needs.
   

• Two (2) hours of photography.
   

• One (1) shooting location.
   

• One complete set of approximately 100-200 edited 4X6 prints in archival pages.
   

• One set of Jpeg image files on CD or DVD with 4X6 index prints.
   

• One Copyright Release to allow you to make prints from your files.

Additional Wedding Options

·        A one hour bridal portrait session on location is available to clients for a reduced fee of $250.  You will receive 10-15 4X6 prints sampling the session and a complete set of Jpeg image files on CD.

Federal Express shipping is available for clients wanting their photos delivered instead of picking them up at the studio.

Portraits

My fee for a one hour portrait session is $300.  This pricing includes individuals, families, high school seniors, and children.  Additional time is available for $150 per hour.

What you receive:

• A portrait session at your home or on-location.
   

• One set of edited 4X6 prints in archival pages.
   

• One set of JPEG image files on a CD with 4X6 index prints.

• One Copyright Release to allow you to make prints from your files.

Events
These include Social Gatherings, Fundraisers, and Formal presentations.  My pricing is $200 for the first hour and $150 per each additional hour or portion of an hour.

Special pricing is available for fundraisers, charity events, and repeat clients.

• One set of JPEG image files on a CD or DVD with 4X6 index prints.

• One Copyright Release to allow you to make prints from your files.

Stock Images
A large variety of images are available in numerous genres.  Prices are based upon usage.  Please contact me directly with your image needs.

Fine Art Prints
I have taken a large variety of images that I feel would look great on anybody’s wall.  My prints are available in sizes from 5X7 and larger.  The prices vary by print size.  Please contact me directly for current prices and availability.
